Location: Queens, NY (Openings also available across all 5 boroughs)
Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Contract | Temporary
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

We’re currently hiring Spanish Speakers Child Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) throughout Queens, NY—especially for after-school and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA services to individuals with autism, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Build positive relationships with each learner while helping them work toward their goals.
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Track and submit accurate data from each session using digital tools.
  • Communicate observations and insights from sessions with supervising BCBAs.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and empathy in all client and family interactions.
  • Receive weekly BCBA supervision (especially valuable for those pursuing BCBA/LBA certification).

Who We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

(Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)

  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in client homes across Queens.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families.
  • Must be physically capable of engaging with young children and managing behavioral needs

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and behavior protocols
  • Familiarity with behavior tracking and data collection tools
  • Flexibility to work with clients of different ages and support needs
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
