Job Overview
An expanding therapy provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the role of Clinical Supervisor in a collaborative, center-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who prioritizes direct patient impact, as the organization intentionally reduces administrative burdens. The role is structured to support a healthy work/life balance, offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and weekly remote work eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment: Conduct thorough functional assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and oversee the implementation of data-driven treatment plans.
- Mentorship: Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Family Engagement: Deliver effective parent training to promote treatment success and generalization.
- Clinical Excellence: Drive and maintain overall clinical quality and consistency across all services.
- Productivity: Maintain a clinical commitment of 30 billable hours per week.
- Peer Collaboration: Participate in the pod model for peer support, collaboration, and ensuring clinical uniformity.
- Organizational Contribution: Be involved in training, quality assurance (QA), and the development of clinical curriculum.
Requirements
- Certification: Must hold a current BCBA certification.
- Education: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental needs.
- Technology: Comfortable and proficient with technology used for clinical purposes (e.g., electronic data collection, scheduling, iPad use).
- Compliance: Clear background check, up-to-date TB test, and current immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Capability: Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.
