Job Overview

A growing, mission-driven therapy organization is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its collaborative clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor. This opportunity, based in a center-based setting, is designed for professionals passionate about clinical excellence and high-quality care, offering a reduced administrative load so you can focus on direct impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervision & Mentorship: Provide direct mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors.
  • Parent Training: Deliver effective parent training to ensure treatment plan integrity and generalization of skills.
  • Clinical Quality: Maintain exceptionally high clinical quality across all programming.
  • Productivity: Maintain a clinical schedule requiring 30 billable hours per week.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in a collaborative pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency across cases.
  • Program Development: Contribute to ongoing training initiatives, quality assurance (QA), and curriculum development.
  • Innovation: Potential involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations.

Requirements

  • Certification: Current BCBA certification is mandatory.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using technology for work, including electronic data collection, scheduling platforms, and tablets.
  • Clearance: Successful clearance of a background check, current TB test, and up-to-date immunization records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
