A growing, mission-driven therapy organization is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its collaborative clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide direct mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors.
- Parent Training: Deliver effective parent training to ensure treatment plan integrity and generalization of skills.
- Clinical Quality: Maintain exceptionally high clinical quality across all programming.
- Productivity: Maintain a clinical schedule requiring 30 billable hours per week.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in a collaborative pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency across cases.
- Program Development: Contribute to ongoing training initiatives, quality assurance (QA), and curriculum development.
- Innovation: Potential involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations.
Requirements
- Certification: Current BCBA certification is mandatory.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using technology for work, including electronic data collection, scheduling platforms, and tablets.
- Clearance: Successful clearance of a background check, current TB test, and up-to-date immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
