Psychologist

We are a small practice looking for a California Licensed Psychologist for a full time position with the following work experience:

• At least two years experience in workers' compensation mental health
• Testing and assessment experience
• Demonstrated skill in medical / legal report writing

Opening for a psychologist to do the following:

• Direct treatment using CBT, EMDR, and Behavioral Pain Management
• Intern supervision
• Disability assessments of injured workers.
• Legal report writing

What you’ll do:

Provide Supervision

Treat PTSD

Help clients with chronic injuries recover

Integrate biofeedback into treatment sessions

Write progress reports for the treatment of injured workers

Complete consultation evaluations

Disability assessments with Psych testing

• Required qualifications:

· California license with a PhD/PsyD in Psychology

·Prior experience with disability assessments or work comp assessments

You are a good fit if you have these interests or experience:

Behavioral medicine experience

Legal Report writing experience such as QME, or other psychological report writing for the courts

Prior experience at a Pain Management Clinic

Bilingual Spanish / English (not needed to apply)

Excellent assessment and diagnosis skills

An interest in the interface between law and psychological treatment

Management experience
