Job Overview
We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to excel as Clinical Supervisors in a structured, center-based environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough functional assessments and formulate evidence-based, data-driven treatment plans.
- Team Supervision: Directly mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, fostering their professional development.
- Caregiver Training: Lead comprehensive parent/caregiver training sessions to ensure generalization of client skills.
- Clinical Standards: Uphold the organization's high standards for clinical quality and consistency.
- Billable Hours: Meet the requirement of 30 billable hours per week.
- Peer Support: Engage in a pod-based collaborative model to provide peer support and ensure clinical consistency across all cases.
- Curriculum Input: Contribute to continuous improvement through involvement in training, quality assurance (QA), and curriculum development.
Requirements
- Credentials: Mandatory BCBA certification.
- Academics: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience providing behavioral services to individuals with autism and developmental needs.
- Technology: Proficiency in using modern technology for clinical work, including electronic data collection, scheduling systems, and tablets.
- Screening: Successful completion of a background check, TB test, and immunization review.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking ability is a distinct advantage.
