Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
Lead and oversee clinical services for individuals with autism and developmental needs. Focus on delivering high-quality care while mentoring staff and maintaining collaborative, data-driven practices. One work-from-home day per week is included.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
• Provide parent training and ensure clinical standards are met.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure program consistency.
• Contribute to ongoing training and curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable with technology for data collection and scheduling.
• Required background check and immunization compliance.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
