We’re seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technician (BTs) who are ready to grow, learn, and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.

No certification yet? No problem. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and full support to help you earn your RBT certification — all while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one, clinic-based ABA therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs
• Track and report on client progress with precision and empathy
• Teach critical life skills — including communication, social, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, clinicians, and therapy peers to drive positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• BT : No certification required — we’ll guide you every step of the way
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
