We’re seeking a school-based Social Worker to support students and families with our district partners this school year! Provide counseling, resources, and advocacy to help students thrive academically and emotionally. Immediate interviews—join a dedicated team making a real impact in schools!
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success
Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed
Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being
Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Active state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (per state requirements)
Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
Work in a structured, school-based setting with evenings, weekends, and holidays off
