What you'll be doing as our Business Development and Sales Manager

· Develop and execute a sales strategy that increases referrals and brand awareness.

· Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted living/independent living facilities, physician offices, payors, and community partners.

· Prospect through calls, drop-ins, networking, and events to book qualified meetings.

· Deliver engaging presentations that lead to signed service agreements.

· Partner with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent service delivery.

· Track and forecast results using CRM tools (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

· Stay competitive by monitoring local market activity and adapting strategies.

· Represent BrightStar Care in the community and online.

· Uphold HIPAA compliance in all interactions.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field

· 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience (quota-carrying/metrics-driven)

· Service-oriented and growth-focused; committed to the organization's mission

· Excellent communication and proven relationship-building skills

· Organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven; consistently achieves sales goals

· Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to travel

Preferred:

· 2+ years of healthcare industry experience, ideally in home health, home care, or hospice

· Proficiency with a CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

· Call-center/outside-sales experience

· Strong social media/email marketing experience
