  • Online Counselor Requirements: Candidates should have completed all necessary coursework leading to a master’s degree, at minimum. They should have also successfully passed the Texas State Licensing Exam and completed all required internship hours under a Board-approved Supervisor. All candidates must be fully licensed in the state of Texas (TX Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT), this is NOT an ASSOCIATE position. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for, and experience in, providing therapy to children and adolescents aged 8 and up.

Online Counselor Responsibilities

  • Focus 100% on clinical work. You do not need to worry about acquiring patients, billing, credentialing, admin support, or overhead operations.
  • This contract position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy tailored to the unique needs of children and teens, fostering emotional growth and resilience.
  • The online counselor agrees to provide services to children and teens ages 8-16 throughout the duration of the contract
  • Collaborate with families and utilize evidence-based approaches to retain 70% of assigned clients for a minimum of 8 sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
