REMOTE Mental Health PRIVATE PRACTICE Now Hiring Associate Therapists!

Inspiration Point Counseling Inc. is growing!

*Seeking Registered: Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AFMT) or APCC ( Associate Professional Clinical Counselor) ONLY

*Anticipated Start Date: November 1, 2025

*Pay range is $40-$55 per session depending on caseload

$45/session for 15+ clients

*Details:

-Part Time, W-2 position as per BBS requirements.

-Must work up to (within 60 days) and have willingness to meet with 15-20 clients per week.

- Referrals will be provided to help build your caseload.

-Desire to grow and learn in clinical interventions .

- Must have attention to detail and organization.

-Associateship requires hands on approach, mentorship, support, and case management will be provided

- Clinical Supervision will be provided. Need to be available for clinical supervision (1 hour of individual or triadic).

- Bilingual or Multicultural therapists preferred, however not required.

-Set your own schedule (remote position, telehealth visits).

*** you will be trained in clinical work.

**Inspiration Point Counseling Inc, will assist you in sharpening your clinical skills and preparing you for licensure. Mentoring opportunities are also available if you are interested in starting your own private practice in the future post licensure.

*Requirements:

- Registered and unrestricted associate number with the CA Board of Behavioral Services. (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)

- Must have completed less than 600 BBS hours, or 2 years of equivalent work experience (such as community mental health, crisis intervention, medical social work, CPS, APS or other high acuity setting).
