Applied Behavior Analysis Careers are experiencing growth. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician with a Master's degree or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program who wants to pursue a career as a BCBA. We offer paid training and supervision to support those interested in the field. We currently have great opportunities to join our dynamic collaborative team working directly with children with Autism and other special needs.
We are a small agency with about 30 employees and provide services using a team based approach so you always feel supported. Drive time is limited as the majority of our services are performed in San Jose.
Program Directors:
Work in schools, our clinic, homes and the community
1:1 with our clients to help increase social, safety, cognitive, and self-help skills
Carry out behavioral and instructional programs with supervision from a BCBA
Manage cases, write lessons, assist RBTs with implementing lessons
Perform assessments, prepare reports and provide updates on IEP goals
Experience with special needs children required
Master's Degree in related field required
Business hours 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Saturday shifts available and paid at an increased wage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
