Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers flexible, part-time afternoon and evening hours.
The BCBA will play a key role in assessment, program development, staff training, and ensuring fidelity of implementation across service environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Interventionists and Behavior Respite staff.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
- Monitor data collection, analyze progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Deliver parent training and ongoing caregiver support.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and funding source standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services (2+ preferred).
- Experience supervising staff and working in home, school, and community environments.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout Mid & North San Diego County.
