Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Up to $100K | Los Angeles, CA

Our in-house clinical team is adding a full-time BCBA to support LA-area schools. It’s a steady, year-round position with a team that works closely together and supports one another.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and support RBTs to ensure strong, consistent implementation of BIPs
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students across school sites
• Collaborate with school staff and families to reinforce behavioral supports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related planning and documentation
• Oversee and track RBT hours in alignment with BACB standards
• Conduct competency assessments and maintain accurate clinical records

What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Willingness to travel to schools in the greater Los Angeles area
• School-based or special education experience is helpful but not required
