- Helping to significantly improve the health of individuals who are struggling with acute and chronic mental illness
- Screening patients, conducting intake assessments and preparing diagnostic evaluations
- Evaluating and treating patients who are in crisis
- Developing, implementing and evaluating goal-oriented treatment plans
- Providing direct clinical treatment services to patients - individually and in groups
- Serving as primary therapist for assigned patients and managing a caseload
- Collaborating with Psychiatrists, RNs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs and other ancillary clinicians and security staff
- Starting pay between $70,000 and $72,000 (depending on qualifications)
