Position Overview BeMyHope Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing therapy team in a part-time hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about providing quality supervision and behavioral guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs within a mission-driven organization. The BCBA will work remotely and visit our Bourbonnais, IL center twice per month to conduct program reviews, provide in-person oversight, and ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to RBTs and BCaBAs.

• Review and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Conduct data analysis, treatment reviews, and program adjustments.

• Lead virtual and in-person team meetings to ensure clinical excellence. • Deliver training, mentorship, and feedback to support staff growth.

• Ensure compliance with all BACB ethical and professional standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards (HIPAA).

• Participate in periodic parent consultations and staff development activities.

Schedule & Commitment

• Hybrid position: Primarily remote with two on-site visits per month.

• Flexible scheduling to coordinate with team and client needs.

• Approximately 15–20 hours per month, with potential for growth as programs expand.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Must possess an active Type 1 NPI number for billing and credentialing purposes.

• Licensed in the state of Illinois (or eligible for reciprocity).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA supervision preferred.

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and passionate about working with children of all abilities.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly or flat monthly rate, based on experience and availability.

• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position that will become Full-time as an option.
