Position Summary

The Community Liaison - Home Care Sales is responsible for growing the agency’s client base by developing and nurturing referral relationships throughout the Morris County community. This position combines professional sales skills with a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, educating professionals about home care options, and making a meaningful impact on families’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physician offices, and community organizations.
Generate new business through community outreach, networking, and educational presentations.
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with referral partners to maintain strong communication and trust.
Collaborate closely with the intake and care teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
Track leads, marketing activities, and referral outcomes using CRM or agency software.
Represent the company at health fairs, senior expos, and other community events.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, hospice, healthcare marketing, or community relations.
Proven success in developing professional relationships and meeting referral or sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in the field.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
