We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our passionate, client-focused team delivering exceptional ABA therapy to children with autism. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a caseload of clients as assigned by the Clinical Director
- Develop, evaluate, and modify behavior programs/treatment plans and/or goals for clients with various developmental disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients as needed
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of treatment plans
- Ensure that all treatment methodologies are evidence based and reflect the most recent research findings
- Document client progress and maintain comprehensive treatment records
- Provide parent/caregiver training to ensure consistency of interventions across settings
- Attend and participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in client care (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators)
- Maintain regular communication with insurance companies regarding client progress and authorization of services
- Complete progress reports, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company policies and insurance requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
- Support quality assurance initiatives as directed by the Clinical Director
- Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree required with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with data collection and analysis methods
- Knowledge of relevant insurance requirements and documentation procedures
- Reliable transportation for travel to the clinic, client homes, or other service locations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
