About Job
- Must have valid and current licensure as LCDC I or LCDC, at minimum, and follow all licensure guidelines.
- Must be able to work at 5:00 am and on Saturday
- Strong knowledge of Methadone treatment is preferable.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have superior time management and organizational skills.
- Must have great computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Windows XP.
- Must be able to follow and be familiar with all DSHS licensure regulations.
- If in recovery, must have at least 5 years documented sobriety.
- Must be able to pass a background check; we will not hire those with a felony and/or currently under supervision within the criminal justice system (probation or parole).
- Must be willing to attend CEU training and other discretionary training for career development. Lead and facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
- Charts all interactions and documents all services in client file.
- Responsible for conducting intake, assessment, and treatment planning of all clients.
- Offers and provides case management services to clients as needed.
- Assists other staff as needed.
- Ensures program compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and with NTACE policies.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.28 per hour
