BCBA - Clinical Director

Alliance & Burleson, TX locations | Full-Time | Starting at $90,000+ $105K

Our Client is a locally owned, center-based ABA provider founded in 2020, dedicated to delivering high-quality Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your Role as Clinical Director

As Clinical Director, you’ll report to the Regional Clinical Director and lead your center’s clinical team. You’ll manage a reduced caseload while supervising, training, and mentoring your staff to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • Oversee responsive and ethical case management
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and interns
  • Conduct caregiver training and support
  • Lead and model ethical behavior and clinical excellence
  • Use Central Reach software for case management
  • Ensure center runs smoothly with a focus on client + staff wellbeing
  • Stay current with insurance/authorization requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Active BCBA certification and LBA license
  • Masters in ABA, Special Education, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience as a practicing BCBA
  • 1+ year experience in early intervention with children with autism
  • 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
  • CPR/AED or BLS certification
