About Job

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a passionate School-Based BCBA for a district in Mesquite, TX for the upcoming school year. This role offers the chance to positively impact students learning and behavioral outcomes by developing and implementing effective behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Train and support teachers, staff, and families on behavioral strategies

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making

  • Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure compliance and student progress

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field

  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
