Exciting center-based ABA opportunity in Hackettstown! We are in need of passionate and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our cohesive and supportive team. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BTs working for Moving Mountains ABA participate in assessment assistance, new client intakes, and program design. Our Behavior Technicians are an integral part of our company and are well supported and appreciated!

Job Description of the Behavior Technician:

*Will provide direct 1:1 therapy to young children with autism and/or related disorders.

*Follow careful implementation of each client’s individual ABA program and/or behavior plan.

*Work under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst/Clinical Director.

*Maintain client confidentiality.

*Effectively communicate with the parents and caregivers of clients as well as other staff members.

* Complete all necessary documentation for session including session notes and timesheets.

* Be able to sit on the floor for extended periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

* Have reliable transportation.

*Evidence a cleared background check.

*Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with clients and families served.

Job Type: Full and Part-Time Positions Open

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
