Behavior Technicians are integral in delivering proven interventions, tracking progress, and helping clients reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to meet client needs.
  • Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods, such as discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavior management techniques.
  • Record and document client behavior and progress with the tools and systems provided.
  • Support clients in building skills related to communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living.
  • Create an encouraging and positive learning environment, promoting client engagement and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency in implementing plans across settings.
  • Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members, providing updates and sharing important information.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and dedication to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed.

Benefits:

  • Competitive starting pay ranging from $25-$30 per hour.
  • We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds to apply and contribute to our diverse team
