Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Care Coordinator to join our Enhanced Care Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care by coordinating their medical services and administrative needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and office procedures.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care plans.
• Assist in managing administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and medical record requests.
• Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Support the office team in daily operations, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Must speak SPANISH.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff members.
• Prior experience in providing medical administrative support is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
