Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator – LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Pay: $3,500/weekly

Shift/Schedule:

• 2nd shift, 8-hour shifts (weekdays & weekends)
• 40 hours/week guaranteed (open availability required)
• Initial 13-week contract

Duties

• Conduct mental health screenings & assessments (records review + clinical interviews).
• Develop, implement, and adjust individual treatment plans.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical support to inmates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in health care records.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Apply strong knowledge of counseling theory and techniques.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field.
• 5 years of clinical experience (minimum 2 years in a comparable role).
• Current/active CA license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
