Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2,700 per Week. Pay is Negotiable.
• Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weeks
• Start Date-10/27/2025

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years acute social work experience required
• Travel Experience: Required
• Licensing: MSW required
• Charting System: Epic
• Skills: Biopsychosocial assessment, care coordination, discharge planning, family support and education, working with multidisciplinary teams.
