About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and ethical BCBA who enjoys writing behavior plans and providing direct 1:1 support to clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with families, educators, and community members to promote meaningful behavior change in natural environments.

Expectations
- Provide high-quality ABA services, including assessments, program development, and direct implementation
- Maintain a minimum average of 5 hours per week per quarter
- Conduct sessions in home, school, and community settings
- Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code, prioritizing client progress and well-being over volume of service
- Collaborate effectively with families and team members to ensure client success
- Able to work with clients in the following counties: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, and Polk. If your county of interest is not listed, please reach out as we are expanding!
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Pass Level 2 background check
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for evidence-based, compassionate behavior intervention
- Reliable transportation for travel between settings
