About Job

Are you a passionate, well-rounded BCBA who loves it all—conducting assessments, refining treatment protocols, empowering parents, and providing hands-on support to clients? Do you believe in delivering high-quality, meaningful ABA services across home, school, and community settings—without sacrificing your personal time or balance? If that sounds like you, we want you on our team!!!

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ethical BCBA who enjoys writing behavior plans and providing direct 1:1 support to clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with families, educators, and community members to promote meaningful behavior change in natural environments.

What We Offer

  • Weekly salary based on billable hours worked for that week – no pressure to meet billing requirements other than just an average of 5 hours a week per quarter
  • Guaranteed quarterly bonuses for working at least an average of 5 hours a week per quarter.
  • No weekend emails, texts, or phone calls – your off time is truly yours
  • Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
  • Professional autonomy with a supportive administrative team
  • Opportunities for collaboration and continued professional growth

Expectations

  • Provide high-quality ABA services, including assessments, program development, and direct implementation
  • Maintain a minimum average of 5 hours per week per quarter
  • Conduct sessions in home, school, and community settings
  • Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code, prioritizing client progress and well-being over volume of service
  • Collaborate effectively with families and team members to ensure client success
  • Able to work with clients in the following counties: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, and Polk. If your county of interest is not listed, please reach out as we are expanding!

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
  • Pass Level 2 background check
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for evidence-based, compassionate behavior intervention
