The Opportunity: Detox Therapist

We're looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our clinical team and work specifically with clients in the detox and early stabilization phases of care. This is a vital role where you will provide intensive, immediate support to individuals as they begin their journey toward sobriety.

The ideal candidate holds an active ACSW, AMFT, LCSW, or LMFT credential in California and has hands-on experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct impactful individual and group therapy sessions focused on early recovery and stabilization.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address immediate client needs.
• Provide essential case management services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, integrated care.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team (medical, psychiatric, clinical) to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and medical records.

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Active California registration or licensure as an ACSW, AMFT, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience in substance use treatment or co-occurring disorders is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen, excellent communication skills, and meticulous clinical documentation abilities.
• The ability to thrive and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus!
