What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and support production teams in Printing, Die-Cutting, and Finishing to meet quality and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with SQF and ISO standards, including safety and food packaging requirements.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and train employees for safe and efficient operations.
• Foster a positive work environment through team building, clear communication, and hands-on supervision.
• Oversee housekeeping, production records, and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with management and QA teams.
• Daily communication with the Plant Operations Manager.

**Applicants must be willing and able to work additional hours, including overtime and weekends, as required by our round-the-clock production demands. All overtime is paid according to legal requirements.**

Compensation details: 41-44 Hourly Wage
