At Scoot Education, we are committed to creating exceptional experiences for students and educators. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to support multiple schools across North County.

• Earn up to $70/hr (W2, we handle withholdings so you don’t have to)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You Will Do

• Supervision of Scoot RBTs only—no IEP/BIP creation or direct student work
• In-person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered
• Promote ethical ABA practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, caregivers and educators

What You Will Need

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
