As a Licensed Therapist (LMFT or LCSW) at Lifeline Clinic, you’ll have the opportunity to provide direct, evidence-based therapy to diverse patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in accordance with client needs and clinical best practices.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, MAs, and LVNs to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient education and connect clients with community resourcesas needed.
• Support a positive, trauma-informed, and client-centered environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Current LMFT or LCSW license in California (active and in good standing).
• Experience providing therapy in outpatient, primary care, or integrated behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients navigate mental health challenges in a compassionate, culturally competent manner.
