Are you a School Psychologist with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education invites you to join our team and bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to Pasadena, CA for the '25-'26 School Year!

Position Overview:

  • Provide direct counseling support by delivering both Educationally Related Intensive Counseling Services (ERICS) and Designated Instructional Services (DIS) counseling to students across grades K-12.
  • Manage a multi-site caseload (approximately 73 students total, split among 3 psychologists) across three school campuses in the Pasadena and Boyle Heights areas.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans, collaborating with school staff and parents to accommodate and monitor counseling services aligned with student IEPs.
  • Provide direct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention services, and conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for special education and inform intervention strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology (Required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience providing ERICS and DIS counseling services within a California K-12 public school setting
  • Ability to efficiently manage and serve a large, complex caseload across multiple school sites and diverse grade levels (K-12)
