About the Role

We’re seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT; PsyD/PhD welcome) to join our full-time team in Denver. Our practice is dedicated to men’s mental health — helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, addictions, and LGBTQ+ care.

At Denver Men’s Therapy, we do the marketing, referrals, and billing so you can focus on clinical work. You’ll build a caseload of 20–25 sessions per week, providing therapy in person at our Denver office and virtually across Colorado.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (50–55 min sessions) to adult and/or teen clients
• Specialize in areas such as EMDR, IFS, EFT, Gottman, couples therapy, or KAP
• Maintain timely notes and ethical documentation
• Collaborate with a therapist-owned, values-driven team
• We are an out of pocket private practice.

What You Bring

• Active Colorado license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT (PsyD/PhD welcome)
• Post-graduate training. For example, EMDR, EFT, IFS, Gottman, couples therapy, or KAP, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy
• Experience treating men’s mental health concerns (anxiety, trauma, relationships, addictions, LGBTQ+)
• Availability for a full-time caseload of 20–25 sessions/week

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $76–$85 per 50-minute session
• Full-time caseload of 20–25 sessions per week required (no part-time)
• Typical annual earnings: $79,000–$110,000+, depending on caseload and session rate
