We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in Mattapan, MA. This is a newly created position designed to expand our behavioral health services and support the local community. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, fluency in Haitian Creole or Spanish, and a passion for providing culturally competent care.

Must-Haves

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• LMHC or LICSW (active license required)
• Fluent in Haitian Creole or Spanish
• Demonstrated experience providing 1:1 counseling within the community
• Strong background working with diverse populations and addressing community behavioral health needs
