The Details

• Shift: Sunday 10A-10p, Monday and Tuesday 3:00-10:00Pm
• Pay: $16.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing support to residents with mental illness, helping them reach their goals and live their best lives.
• Assisting with behavior management strategies and providing positive reinforcement.
• Encouraging residents to engage in healthy activities and social interactions.
• Offering compassion, guidance, and consistency in day-to-day support.

What We're Looking For:

• A big heart and the passion to help others!
• A calm, patient, and flexible demeanor.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health is a plus, but not a requirement – we’ll provide training!
• An energetic, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (we need you to be mobile to support our residents effectively).
• A background check will be required as part of the hiring process.
