The Quabbin Regional School District is seeking an Innovation Pathways Community Liaison to oversee the community partnerships and management of the Innovation Pathways Grant Program at Quabbin Regional Middle/High School during the 2025-26 school year.Job Goals: a. To maintain and manage the Innovation Pathways Grant Program through the 2025-2026 school year.b. To assist with the transition of the Innovation Pathways program from grant-funded to being sustained by the school district entirely.Responsibilitiesa Communicate with industry partners regarding internships and partner meetingsb. Facilitate industry partner meetings to result in partnership and sponsorship in regards to opportunities for IP studentsc.
Act as liaison to school and district administration regarding IP Programd. Develop a student outreach plan regarding IP enrollmente. Manage current IP enrollment and documentationf. Manage ICP 419 grant g.
Assess and review MyCAP implementation with MyCap teamh. Develop assessment and evaluation tools to determine the efficacy and effectiveness of the IP programi. Make recommendations based on the above for the school and district to strategize practices to maintain the programj. Balance advocacy for the school, district, and IP program in regard to moving into the 2026-27 school yeark.
Facilitate discussion with all stakeholders regarding budget implications for the 2026-27 school year.l. Assist with the transition of tasks of the IP for the school year 2026-2027This is a flexible part-time position (anticipated 10/hrs per week) to be performed both during and after school hours. Position will end June 30, 2026.Annual Salary: $11,000.00 Reports to Superintendent of SchoolsThe position will be funded by the Innovation Pathways Grant (FC419).
