The Role

We’re seeking a passionate LCSW or LMHC to join our growing team. This clinician will deliver high-quality therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, client-centered, and committed to promoting equity and inclusion in mental health care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Apply evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
•  Active LCSW or LMHC license in Florida (unrestricted)
•  1+ years of clinical experience with diverse populations
•  Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
•  Dedication to culturally responsive and inclusive care

Preferred but not required:

• Experience providing telehealth services
• Specialized training (trauma, multicultural counseling, LGBTQ+ affirmative care, etc.)
