What You'll Do:

• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans with family collaboration
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality therapy delivery
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments, etc.)
• Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful progress
• Lead parent training sessions to promote skill generalization at home
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per BACB and insurance standards

What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification (good standing)
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment paired with ethical practice
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for helping children with autism thrive
• Team-first attitude with a collaborative spirit
