With over 20 providers across Illinois — including psychologists, mental health counselors, speech therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff — LifeThrive offers a mission-driven setting where purpose meets practice.

Position Overview – Licensed Clinical Psychologist

In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, design tailored treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to enhance outcomes for diverse populations — including individuals with autism and other psychological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Administer the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and other tools to assess autistic individuals
  • Create and implement treatment plans using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based modalities
  • Work with clients across a range of psychological disorders, providing individualized therapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic client care
  • Document assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in a timely, thorough manner
  • Participate in case conferences, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications

  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.)
  • Active Illinois license as a Clinical Psychologist or School Psychologist
  • Familiarity with a range of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical care and clinical excellence
