Must-Have Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• Active LMHC or LICSW license
• Fluent in Haitian Creole or Spanish
• Experience providing 1:1 counseling within the community
• Strong background in community-based behavioral health work

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and therapy to patients within the community.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
