Accelerating Community Services (ACS) is seeking passionate and fully licensed therapists to join our growing team. We provide quality behavioral health services to children, adults, and families across North Carolina. Our agency is faith-based, nationally accredited, and committed to excellence and ethical, compassionate care.
We currently have an immediate need for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialists (LCAS).
- LCAS applicants must also have experience facilitating SAIOP and SACOT groups.
- Both LCSW and LCAS will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy in-office and via telehealth.
Position Details
- Flexible schedule – Part-time and full-time available
- Evening and Saturday availability strongly preferred
- Opportunity to work in a private practice-style setting with agency support
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinically relevant counseling and therapy (individual, couples, family, and group)
- Facilitate SAIOP/SACOT groups (LCAS only)
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment plans, and transition plans
- Accurately document all sessions and interventions in our EHR (Checkpoint experience is a plus)
- Attend monthly team meetings and participate in collaborative care
- Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with NC DHHS and Medicaid requirements
Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW and/or LCAS (no associates or provisionally licensed candidates will be considered)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Medicaid credentialing strongly preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Submission of:
- 3 professional references (names and contact information)
- Cover letter, including disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest
