About Job

Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Chicago, IL

Location:
Homewood, Homer Glen, Burbank/Evergreen Park, Oak Lawn, Chicago Midway, IL

Job Type: Part time

Schedule: Varies by location and shift

Locations & Hours Available:

  • Homewood, IL: 9 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
  • Homer Glen, IL: 4 hours per week (Schedule to be determined)
  • Burbank/Evergreen Park, IL: 20 hours per week
    • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM (3 days per week)
    • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (5 days per week)
  • Oak Lawn, IL: 6 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
  • Chicago Midway, IL: 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect data on client progress and report observations accurately.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure consistent treatment delivery.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities preferred.
