Compensation
Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. Education Required
- Must complete in-house orientation program
- MSW (Master in Social Work) from a School of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. (CSWE)
Experience And Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- Prior experience in Social Work in a health care setting or other relevant social work setting is preferred.
License/Certifications
- LMSW (New York State Certification in Social Work)
- Mandated OMH documentation: Mandated reporter attestation and Code of Conduct
- Screen Certification
