Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Marriage and Family Therapist or Social Worker to support students at the high school level. This contract position offers the chance to provide vital mental health services within an educational setting, contributing to the well-being and academic success of adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address students emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to support student mental health and family dynamics.
  • Provide crisis intervention and respond to urgent student needs effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops or support groups that promote healthy relationships and coping skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
  • Experience working within school environments or youth-focused settings.
  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and family systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
