(LBS) is searching for a Mid-level Supervisor who wants to join a fulfilling career to improve the lives of individuals with Autism. We strongly believe that our BTs, RBTs, Mid-level Supervisors and BCBAs are the most valuable resource. We offer free BCBA supervision and have strong systems in place so you can focus on what you love and provide opportunities to flourish!

Responsibilities

- [ ] Must be willing to provide Direct Therapy for clients in their home or community setting

- [ ] Provide in person supervision for RBTs with guidance from a BCBA

- [ ] Maintain accurate client records and prepare objective session notes

- [ ] Ability to work directly with clients while taking data simultaneously

- [ ] Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients

- [ ] Implement individualized goals with fidelity

- [ ] Implement Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) with fidelity

- [ ] Opportunities to develop individualized treatment goals and develop treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- [ ] Opportunities to observe / run FBA’s and other task list items on the BCBA Task list

Qualifications

- [ ] Completed Bachelors Degree

- [ ] Must be 18 years of age or older

- [ ] Completed Masters Degree in the human service field (i.e., psychology, special education, human services etc.)

- [ ] Candidates pursuing their BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply

- [ ] Reliable transportation, and a track record of reliability

- [ ] An Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

- [ ] Innovative, Compassionate and Professional

- [ ] Patient, Curious and able to relate to various learners

- [ ] Loves working with toddlers, children and teens of all ages! (2-17 years old)

- [ ] Culturally competent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.50 per hour
