As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Mid-Tier/Program Manager, you will support client progress, supervise direct staff, and collaborate closely with BCBAs and other professionals. What You’ll Do

• Program Support: Assist BCBAs in developing and updating behavior plans, reassessments, graphing, and report writing.
• Supervise & Mentor: Train and support behavior technicians, conduct RBT competency assessments, and provide supervision hours as applicable.
• Family Collaboration: Deliver parent training using didactic and competency-based methods.
• Data & Compliance: Collect IOA and treatment fidelity data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure utilization of authorized hours.
• Scheduling & Administration: Manage a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, complete daily session notes, and plan schedules at least two weeks in advance.
• Teamwork: Participate in weekly BCBA meetings and collaborate across disciplines for client success.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Certification: Actively pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ABA experience and prior supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, TB test, background check, CPR/First Aid certification, immunizations, and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
• Passion: Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
