EverReach ABA is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy and help guide them smoothly through the intake process.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and follow up with new client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collect intake documentation and verify insurance benefits
• Schedule evaluations and coordinate with families, clinicians, and the billing team
• Maintain accurate records and track onboarding progress
• Communicate clearly with parents, providers, and insurance representatives

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in healthcare, ABA, or administrative coordination preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
