Position:
Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult

We are looking for Mental Health Skill Builders to work directly with individuals located in the Petersburg area. This position offers a flexible schedule with evening, night, and weekend hours available as needed. Ideal candidates will be passionate about supporting individuals in developing daily living skills, building healthy coping strategies, and connecting to community resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide direct mental health support and crisis intervention services to adults

Support clients in improving daily living skills and increasing independence

Link clients to appropriate community resources, such as housing, employment, food assistance, and mental health services.

Develop and implement individualized service plans, quarterly and annually.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to PBS policies and procedures

Attend staff meetings, supervision, and/or trainings as required

Qualifications:

Be a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult

Bachelor's degree or higher in the human service field

A minimum of one year working with adults with severe diagnosis

Valid Driver's License

TOVA

Must be First Aid & CPR certified

Must successfully complete background and central registry check
