Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Crisis Evaluation
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift Timings: Night Shift – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend & holiday required
Pay: $1900/Week + Differentials (OT, Holiday, On-Call, Charge)

Job Description:

• Perform crisis evaluations for patients in ED and inpatient settings.
• Provide individual assessments, interventions, and support for mental health and social work needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans.
• Document all evaluations and care accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) – Active NY License required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in crisis evaluation (preferred)
• EPIC charting experience (preferred)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
