Pay: $70.00 – $100.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours

Blue Sea Educational Consulting is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA/BCBA) to join our evaluation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on combining clinical expertise with leadership and oversight while enjoying the independence of a consulting position.
You’ll work closely with evaluators, school districts, and our leadership team to ensure high-quality assessments and meaningful intervention goals. If you’re passionate about supporting students while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to standards of care in documentation and reporting
- Participates actively in providing professional growth opportunities such as staff trainings and clinical support to the evaluation team
- Provide oversight and quality assurance on functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Ensures integrity of program implementation and evaluation regulations
- Monitors timelines and due dates of evaluations
- Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data
- Develops the behavioral/clinical skill sets for a team of evaluators
- Review completed FBA’s to ensure written report is up to standard
- Provides feedback on appropriate behavior intervention strategies
- Stay updated with best practices in autism care and ABA principles
What We’re Looking For
- MUST have a Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- MUST be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff is preferred.
- Strong clinical and ABA assessment skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
